Zebra
This semi-offset repeat was created from a digital image assambly. The special feature of the jacquard fabric is the weft density regulation. Two different weft densities are used within this jacquard woven fabric.
In the zones where the neon-colored yarn is required, the thread density is increased to 80 threads/cm.
The basic grid and the zebras manage with 60 threads/cm.
As an extension of the zebra jacquard, the digital textile design was applied to a coarse canvas fabric made of polyester fibers. Printed on a special thermal transfer paper paper, the design is transferred to the fabric in a heat transfer press. With this uncomplicated method, two-dimensional design templates can be depicted in a
three-dimensional fabric.
